We welcomed Spring with an exquisite dinner at Yì By Jereme Leung, where our floral artisans transformed the elegant restaurant space into a tapestry of elegance for distinguished guests to ring in the Year of the Dragon.

Under the expert hand of a Master calligrapher, guests were able to personalised their gifts, creating cherished mementos to carry home while being serenaded by enchanting melodies of a traditional Gu Zheng. A fantastical start to usher in the lunar new year.
